The integrated teppan grill is equipped with an efficient heating sYstem and with its two heating zones it enables e.g. searing on one half of the plate and keeping food warm on the other half. Of course, both zones can also be set to a maximum temperature of 250 degrees, so that up to 10 pieces of meat (depending on size) can be prepared at the same time. The wide drainage channel catches the excess grease and juices, which can be easilY removed with kitchen towels.
