Our products are subject to strict quality checks.

However, should the TechniSat product you have purchased from us fail to function flawlessly, we sincerely apologize and request that you contact your specialist retailer or distribution partner, or our Service Hotline as outlined below.

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a guarantee on all specially marked TechniSat devices on the basis of the following provisions, unless we have expressly excluded certain devices from our warranty promise (e.g. seconds or special items) or have specified separate warranty terms for selected products (e.g. SATMAN digital satellite antennas). Please take note of the following warranty terms applicable for your product.

Your legal rights are not affected by this.

Please note that product registration must be done no later than four weeks after the date on the receipt.
