TechniSat is known as a leading and traditional company in the field of consumer electronics. TV sets, satellite reception, digital radios or innovative smart home solutions - these are just some of the many fields in which we have been developing and producing outstanding electronic products for decades.
TechniSat is part of Techniropa Holding GmbH which is a group of successful companies with different business areas. Therefore, in addition to our expertise in the electronics segment, we - as a group of companies - also have many years of experience in the field of plastics production and machinery equipment.
Techniropa Holding GmbH is 100% owned by the LEPPER Stiftung (Foundation), which is committed to promoting education, science and research as well as public health and welfare.
The bundled know-how of the group of companies and the associated flexibility make it possible for us to react quickly and systematically to market changes.
The Corona pandemic and its consequences require an economic and political rethink. It is becoming increasingly important to act more independently from imports in terms of products for the general basic supply. That is why we have decided to make a significant contribution to independence in the area of breathing masks.
TechniSat is a company of the:
FFP2 NR Particle-filtering half face mask
Particle-filtering half mask EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 FFP2 NR
Multi-layered community mask
Community/Everyday Mask
FFP2 NR Particle filtering folding mask
At our site in Schöneck/Vogtland (Saxony) we produce medical masks as well as masks with an FFP2 protection classification. In other words, models that are suitable for infection protection purposes. At our TechniSat Teledigital GmbH site in Staßfurt (Saxony-Anhalt), we also produce FFP2 masks and masks for narrow faces.
The machines for manufacturing the face masks also come from Germany, from Thuringia and Bavaria. Ideal conditions for the production of high-quality masks.
Quality has top priority in the production of our masks. The production process is therefore carried out under permanent observance of high hygiene standards. Depending on the type, the masks regularly pass strict quality tests. Criteria such as breathing resistance and filter efficiency are, depending on the model, repeatedly controlled by special testing machines.
The melt blown non-woven fabric is produced at TechniForm GmbH, which, like TechniSat, belongs to Techniropa Holding GmbH in Nerdlen/Eifel. TechniForm is a company with more than ten years of expertise as a plastics specialist. Quality controls are carried out regularly during the production of the meltblown nonwoven fabric. Grammage, air permeability and filtering effect, as well as the meltblown equipment itself, are constantly being tested to ensure top quality „Made in Germany“. TechniForm uses German machines from the company Reifenhäuser in Troisdorf.
