TechniSat provides one of the first digital cable receivers for the KDG network

With the Digital PR-K, TechniSat has provided one of the first cable set-top boxes, that can be used in conjunction with the network of Kabel Deutschland (KDG). The Digital PR-K provides the reception of all free-to-cable programmes as well as an integrated NAGRAVISION encryption system, as well as a card reader slot for the appropriate smart card.

The Digital PR-K is one of the first set-top boxes available on the market that can be used without any restrictions or limitations in the cable networks of Kabel Deutschland.
